Average salary at the enterprise in September 2013 reached 5 406.0 UAH (comparing with 4 992.5 UAH in September 2012).
Paramjit Kahlon, Chief Operating Officer, PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih”: “September’s performance stayed almost at Business Plan level in all products i.e. Hot Metal, Crude Steel and Rolled Products. In September, cold repair of twin-hearth furnace was completed and capital repair of Sinter Machine #2 of Sinter Plant 2 was started. Besides, the commissioning work on return flow mechanism of Sinter Plant #1 was started after capital repair. The main effect of this repair is reconstruction of estimated output of the equipment and providing its accident-free operation within the time between overhauls. In October 2013 the commissioning work process was completed and return flow mechanism of Sinter Plant #1 was put into operation”.
